APTMetrics is a 2010 recipient of a Connecticut Quality Improvement Award (CQIA) Innovation Prize for ChangeMetrics, our Web-based, workplace behavioral change measurement tool. The CQIA is a state-level quality award that uses the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality for Performance Excellence criteria. Since 2002, APTMetrics has received CQIA Innovation Prizes for the following Web-based tools: SELectrics, our multi-media employee selection test for the electric utility industry; 360Metrics, our multi-source feedback tool; SelectionMetrics, our employee selection tool; and JobMetrics, our job analysis tool.
