APT is a 2009 recipient of a Connecticut Quality Improvement Award (CQIA) Silver Innovation Prize for SELectrics,
our new, multi-media employee selection test designed specifically to benefit organizations within the electric
utility sector. The CQIA is a state-level quality award that uses the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality for
Performance Excellence criteria. In 2002, the CQIA Innovation Prize was awarded to APT for their multi-source
feedback tool, 360Metrics. In 2003, it was awarded to APT for its SelectionMetrics online selection tool and
its JobMetrics online job analysis tool.
